Description of Services
We provide an SMS assistant service that helps local businesses follow up on missed phone calls using one-to-one, customer-care text messages. Our service includes:
Automated SMS responses to missed calls
Appointment booking link delivery
Booking confirmations and reschedule notices
Customer care messaging on behalf of your business
SMS Messaging Consent and Compliance
Our SMS services are used solely for transactional customer service purposes.
By calling the business number or missing a call, you consent to receive a one-time automated customer service text message from our assistant to help with your inquiry.
Message frequency varies based on your business activity and customer interactions. Messages are sent only in response to missed calls or for appointment-related communications. We do not send promotional or marketing messages.

SMS Messaging Terms
Our Messaging Standards To ensure the highest level of consumer protection, Allen Assistants requires all clients to adhere to the following opt-in standards:
Voicemail/IVR Notice: All clients must include a verbal disclosure in their greeting: "By calling this number and missing a call, you consent to receive a one-time automated customer service text message from our assistant to help with your inquiry. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance."
Consent: We only trigger messages based on a direct inbound action (a phone call) initiated by the consumer.
Transparency: Every initial message identifies the brand name and the assistant service .
Opt-Out Instructions
STOP: To stop receiving SMS messages from our service, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS communications from us. Standard message and data rates may apply to the STOP message.

HELP: For assistance with our SMS service, reply HELP to any message or contact us at support@allenassistants.com. You may also call us at (541) 699-8864 (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm PST).
